Transcript Fees: If a transcript of a hearing before a Single Hearing Member is desired, contact the Court Reporter for that district. She will prepare a written estimate of the charge for the transcript at $4 per page and $2 per page for an additional copy.  Payment is expected up front before the transcript will be prepared.
