Responsibilities

The Clerk-Treasurer is responsible for matters related to the town's finances and serves the town as the billing clerk for the town utilities.

*Every four years, Swayzee residents elect a Clerk-Treasurer.

Utility Clerk

Responsibilities

The Utility Clerk receives, posts, and deposits utility bills, assists customers with different needs, such as ordering a new trash can, leak assistance, answers the office phone, and assists Desiree, the Clerk-Treasurer.
