In addition to town limits the Town of Orland Building and Zoning Association has an extra territorial jurisdiction of 2 miles from the center of Town.
An application must be completed and turned in with required documentation.
An improvement location permit must be obtained from the Town of Orland prior to building. Then you must visit Steuben County for any other additional permits they require before building.
