St. Paddy's Golden Egg Hunt & Hop Movie Showing

NMPL’s Annual Egg Hunt is back! Kids of all ages will have a blast searching the nooks and crannies of the library building for hundreds of eggs stuffed with candy, small toys, and stickers. Keep an eye out for the special golden eggs hidden in tricky spots - lucky finders will win extra prizes!

To ensure a fair and exciting experience for everyone, we’ve designated separate hunting areas by age:
Ages 0–3: Chipper Chicks in the Playroom
Ages 4–8: Happy Horseshoes in the Children’s Department
Ages 9 & up: Clever Clovers in the Adult Department

Since egg hunts go quickly, we’re offering a fun, low-key way for early arrivals to settle in and ensure everyone is ready when the hunt begins. Gather the whole family and arrive by 9:15AM to watch “Hop” and enjoy free hot buttered popcorn in the Blocher Community Room.

The egg hunt will start at 10:00 AM sharp on Saturday morning - these egg hunts don’t last long, so don’t miss out on the fun!
