  • Current: Opioid Prescriptions and Fatal Overdose Relationship

This dashboard is a product of the Data-Driven Addiction, Prevention, and Recovery (DDAPR) Project, a multi-agency collaboration led by the Indiana Management Performance Hub (MPH) in partnership with key state agencies. Launched in 2017, DDAPR integrates data to deepen understanding of substance use and addiction in Indiana, inform policy, and support data-driven decision-making. Each dashboard was designed to help stakeholders identify trends, monitor progress, and respond effectively to emerging needs in prevention, treatment, and recovery.

About this dashboard

This visualization identifies the population of individuals with a fatal overdose and explores the prevalence of an opioid prescription history. Demographic data for the identified population is included. Additional information surrounding the data can be found in the Methodology section.
