Children’s Immunizations – Birth through 18 years old. Commercial insurance and Medicaid accepted. We also have options for underinsured and uninsured patients.

Influenza Vaccines available for anyone 6 months or older. We do offer egg-free and high dose flu shots (65+).

Communicable disease investigation and reporting.

Head Lice Screening by appointment. (Must complete at-home lice treatment prior to first screening.)
