Thanks to state funding, the Tipton County Health Department has launched the Health First Tipton County Grant Program—a new opportunity to support impactful community health projects.
Individuals and organizations are encouraged to apply for funding to support services such as:
- Disease prevention initiatives to reduce the spread of illness
- Maternal and child health programs to support healthy families
- Chronic disease management resources for improved quality of life
- Mental health services to support emotional well-being and reducing the rate of suicide in Tipton County
- Tobacco Prevention and Cessation
This initiative is focused on:

- Filling critical gaps in local health services
