Services provided by the Salesforce CoE include both enterprise-wide analysis as well as three levels of service to agencies using the Salesforce suite of tools to meet business needs.
State of Indiana Salesforce Enterprise Analysis
- The IOT Salesforce LCNC CoE team regularly assesses the health and hygiene of all State of Indiana Salesforce environments.

Following the soft launch of the Microsoft LCNC CoE in the Fall of 2023, the CoE team has provided solutions to agency business challenges.

Key improvements include an upgraded applicant portal with additional document uploads, and a significantly enhanced internal review process, streamlining approval workflows and improving decision-making efficiency. These changes aim to further automate the application process, reduce manual efforts, and improve overall efficiency for both applicants and IHCDA staff. |
