Our Focus
Application Performance Management will focus on the end-to-end application performance monitoring of your agency's business-critical applications. This will enable your team to isolate problems in real-time for all applications whether on-premises, the cloud, or hybrid. This will provide your agency with a 360° view ensuring the performance needed and thus achieving FSO (Full Stack Observability).

Meet the IOT APM Team
Brad Welsh- Program Manager
Brad has been with the State of Indiana and IOT for 10 years. He began his journey with IOT as the Team Lead of the Solution Delivery Team (Project Team), where he gained valuable knowledge of the State Enterprise and agency applications. Today he leads the APM Team and the goal of enabling our partner agencies to be able to proactively monitor and support their business-critical applications.
Larry Jenkins- IT Director
Larry started his career with the Indiana State Police in 1991. He worked road patrol for 13 years before spending the last 17 years in Information Technology ultimately ending up as CIO for the Indiana State Police. He joined IOT in 2021 as Deputy CTO. He has multiple disciplines under his command; Application Development (Full Stack and LCNC), Data Exchange, Interstate Software as a Service, and APM. His driving mission is to provide quality service across state government and help move Indiana forward.
Tori Perdue- Engagement Analytics Specialist
Tori is an experienced technology professional with a strong foundation in education, data analysis, and technology integration. Tori joined the IOT Application Management team as the Engagement Analytics Specialist to have the role of strengthening partnerships between IOT and the state agencies to improve relationships, observability and application performance.
Ben Bracher- Systems Administrator
Ben Bracher is an experienced systems analyst and IT professional based in Indianapolis, IN. He specializes in managing Cisco AppDynamics and ThousandEyes, leveraging application and network performance monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues. Ben has extensive experience supporting enterprise-level environments, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure Entra. Skilled in configuring firewalls, scripting with PowerShell, and implementing group policies, he ensures secure, efficient, and compliant IT operations across modern infrastructures.
