Onboarding and Training for Agencies
The APM Team will reach out and set up a meeting for strategy and onboarding of your Agency's application(s).
Information needed:
- Agency Name
- Application Name(s)
- Server Name(s)
- Database Name(s)
- URL(s)
- Application Type (i.e. - .NET, NODE.js, Java, CloudNative, etc.)
- Agency Users that need access to APM
Partnering
The APM Team holds standing meetings with our AppD Partners Monday-Thursday from 11 AM - Noon and CTE Partners Tuesday at 1PM, Friday at 10:30 AM. These sessions may be used for onboarding, troubleshooting, and training where needed. Upon request, other times may be requested by agencies for access to APM resources.
