To obtain a DBE Goal:
- To request a DBE goal for an LPA contract, you must be an employee of the LPA.
- Fill in all spaces in the form below and press the submit button. A copy of the RFP may be requested for further clarification, but is not necessary unless requested.
To send a copy of the RFP:
- Click “Here”.
- Type “RFP for Project Des # xxxxxxx” in the Subject line of the e-mail. (if a Des # is not known yet, type a brief description in the body of the e-mail to identify the project)
- Attach a scanned copy of the RFP to the e-mail.
- Send e-mail.
To request a “Goal Met” e-mail:
- To request a “Goal Met” e-mail for an LPA contract, you must be an employee of the LPA.
- Click “Here”.
- Type “Goal Met request for Project Des # xxxxxxx” in the Subject line of the e-mail. (if a Des # is not known yet, type a brief description in the body of the e-mail to identify the project)
- Attach a scanned copy of the AAC form to the e-mail.
- Send e-mail.
