MOA Information

• All utility vendors must complete an MOA with IHCDA every 2 years to participate in EAP. The current MOA’s took effect on October 1st, 2023 and will expire on September 30th, 2025.
• If you have not received an MOA or your company would like to participate please contact us at Vendors@ihcda.in.gov
