The Indiana Balance of State Continuum of Care Board of Directors and IHCDA hosted the 2023 Spring Development Day Conference on May 12, 2023, at the Ivy Tech in Muncie. The event’s theme was Leaning INto Partnerships. Approximately 250 attendees from across the state had the opportunity to attend breakout sessions on a variety of topics and hear plenary speakers deliver remarks on how to create, renew, and strengthen partnerships with local and statewide organizations to ensure we are all collaborating to end homelessness in the Balance of State.   • The Opening Plenary on “Stress, Trauma, and Wellbeing” was given by Brent Anderson of Indiana Department of Health.
