Development Days

2022 Fall Development Day

The Indiana Balance of State Continuum of Care Board of Directors and IHCDA hosted the 2022 Fall Development Day Conference on November 1, 2022, at the Government Center’s Convention Center in Indianapolis. The event’s theme was Moving From “What Now?” to “What’s Next?”. Approximately 250 attendees from across the state had the opportunity to attend breakout sessions on a variety of topics and hear plenary speakers deliver remarks on equity, mental health and the Indiana Balance of State Continuum of Care’s Strategic Plan for 2023-2025. Plenary Speeches:

  • The Opening Plenary on “The Importance of Achieving Equity” was given by Donald Whitehead, the Executive Director of the National Coalition for the Homeless and cofounder of Racial Equity Partners.
