The Client Track software is a computerized, web-based data collection system that tracks the nature and scope of domestic violence/human service needs at an individual agency. Client Track is specifically designed to capture uniform client level data over time to understand the characteristics and service needs of victims of domestic violence. It helps tell the story of homeless victims of violence.
The DV Client Track implementation utilizes one of the best software available for case management and for data management. IHCDA has recently invested time, resources and energy to make Client Track available to our domestic violence partners. The system is a closed system that provides you with all the tools you need to manage a large volume of data about your clients. This includes housing status, case management, services, demographics, crisis calls and so much more. With a few clicks you will be able to generate a variety of reports.
