All Designers and Planners for IDOA Public Works projects must be pre-qualified through the Public Works Certification Board.
Pre-qualification requires submission of an application for review by the Public Works Certification Board members.
NOTICE: The Indiana State Ethics Commission has released an ethics training for 'individuals who have business relationships with the state', which includes Executive Branch Lobbyists. The training may be accessed at https://www.in.gov/ig/ethics-training-links-for/executive-branch-lobbyist-training-or-contractor-training/. While this training is not required at this time it is recommended that you complete the program and retain a copy of the completion certificate.
