Public Works Division (DAPW)
The Public Works Division (DAPW) manages almost all of the building construction and maintenance projects for the state of Indiana. This includes evaluation of construction proposals for feasibility; project design; advertising, public bids, contracts awards and contract management.
In past years, DAPW has administered more than 1,000 design and construction projects annually, with an average estimated value in excess of $70,000,000.
Public Works projects are regularly advertised in major Indiana newspapers and the Court and Commercial Record.
