The Indiana Department of Administration uses the Pay Audit System for compliance monitoring of the State’s spend commitments for purchasing programs. Each month, prime contractors and certified subcontractors enter their payment information through the Supplier Portal. This helps monitor and enforce subcontractor spend commitments on state contracts.

To update your business information with the Indiana Department of Administration complete the following items:
- Fill out and submit the Affidavit of Continued Eligibility (ACE) form
- Update your Bidder Profile in the Supplier Portal
To get alerts about bidding opportunities and business notifications, you must keep your Bidder Profile, UNSPSC codes, and main contact information updated.
