Comprehensive Care Facility (Nursing Home) Occupancy Rate Reports
Beginning July 1, 2015, the ISDH prepares a Comprehensive Care Facility Occupancy Rate Report twice a year. The reports are based on facility census data specific for January 1 and July 1 of each year. The data is reported to the ISDH by the facility immediately after January 1 and July 1. The ISDH then prepares reports based on the reported data. The following reports utilize facility reported data specific to January 1 and July 1 of that year.

Comprehensive Care Facility (Nursing Home) Occupancy Rate Reports - prior to July 2015
Prior to July 1, 2015, the ISDH prepared monthly occupancy rate reports. The data was based on census data gathered during the most recent facility survey. Because facilities may not have a standard survey for up to fifteen months, data was based on different census dates over the course of the fifteen month survey cycles. The following reports utilized census data gathered during surveys:
