Plans/Drawings
All drawings (including site utilities for any project not previously licensed or submitted for approval) shall be submitted electronically via the state’s Secure FTP site in DWF or DWFx format using the template available for download: ISDH_View_Templates.rvt
The recommended file transfer client is FileZilla. However, firms may use any client that will allow a successful transfer. The FileZilla client may be downloaded at: http://filezilla-project.org/download.php?type=client

AIA Analysis
For all projects subject to AIA guidelines, the architectural/engineering firm will complete a standard by standard analysis using the appropriate version and chapters of the AIA guidelines. Submissions without a complete standard by standard analysis and in substantial compliance with the example will not be assigned to a reviewer and the project will be discarded and any fee paid forfeited. This document shall be submitted in PDF.
Scope
A complete detailed description regarding the use of the proposed facility and its prior usage (if any). The file shall be submitted in PDF format.
Spec Documents
Specification materials/manuals shall be submitted in PDF.
