SUBMITTING SECURITY REQUESTS

Previously, you used the FSSA Account Control mailbox as the primary way to send in your security requests. We will still submit this request to IOT on your behalf. However, we’re excited to announce that the Account Control team is making the switch to IOT’s VSM ticket tracking system! You may submit most of your security-related requests directly to the IOT Helpdesk, where they’ll be routed directly to Account Control instead of being rejected and closed.

To submit a request, simply open the IOT Helpdesk Assistant. The icon should be on your desktop and will look like this:

If you do not see this icon, please call 317-234-HELP, choose Option 2, and ask that the Helpdesk Assistant be installed on your PC.

Once open, simply fill out the appropriate fields, ensuring “FSSA SECURITY REQUEST” is listed in the Subject field as seen below. You may include specific details in the subject as well.

Once you click Generate Ticket, you’ll immediately receive your ticket number. A copy will also be sent to your email. You can also view existing tickets by clicking the link in the lower left-hand corner. Once the ticket is closed, you’ll be notified via email that your request is completed.

Please note that you will still need to use the Account Control Form for Account Creation and Account Deletion requests.
