Agency-wide training: Requesting notices or correspondence in alternative text formats

A training announcement from FSSATraining@fssa.IN.gov was sent out on Sept. 30, 2022. Even though it had the exercise caution notice at the beginning on the email, it is a legitimate FSSA staff training from the Office of Healthy Opportunities. A screen shot of the email is included below.

This training titled “Requesting Notices or Correspondence in Alternative Text Formats,” will discuss the appropriate steps to take when FSSA receives requests for large print, braille and digital documents

Please complete the training via the FSSA Training iLMS no later than Oct. 21, 2022. Your supervisor will be regularly notified of individuals who have or have not completed this training. This training is mandatory.
