Updated Communications Processes and Policies

The Office of Strategic Communications and Public Affairs releases updated tools and policies to help support Agency communications. These new resources and process are available on the “Communications Tools” tab on The Hub.

To support consistency of information submitted to OSCPA for various service requests, and to support fulfillment efficacy, requests that were previously submitted via email inboxes are now required to be submitted using the various forms listed and linked below. Please note, one request is to be submitted per form. Combining requests in one form will slow down fulfillment or result in your request being denied.  Any exceptions must be requested by an FSSA division director to the division’s OSCPA liaison.

Request Form Information

  • Web Requests
Complete this form to request updates to an FSSA web page. FSSA web requests currently take 3-4 weeks to complete, especially those requiring 508 accessibility work.
  • Email/Listserv Announcements
Complete this form to request distribution of an agency stakeholder announcement to an FSSA listserv. Due to the large volume of requests, only final versions must be submitted- 48 hours (or two business days) prior to the distribution date.
  • Printing and Graphics
Complete this form if you need to request a print job, a printing quote or a graphic design project. Print requests over a certain quantity or complexity will be outsourced to the state's QPA vendor at the requesting division's cost.
  • Streaming Services
Oversight of audio-visual services for FSSA and partner agencies will transition from FSSA Communications to IDOA effective November 21, 2025. There will be no changes for meetings scheduled through this date. For meetings that are already scheduled beyond the transition date, the meeting organizer will receive an email to connect with the IDOA audio visual team. Send future streaming requests and questions to IDOAVideosupport@idoa.in.gov. If you will also be using a meeting room or the auditorium at the Government Center, you must book the room through the IDOA Conference Center services.
  • SharePoint Requests
Request access to SharePoint sites via the ASM Self-Service Portal. Click on blue search oval and enter “FSSA SH” in the search box (without the quotes) and click search and complete the request form.

As a reminder, earlier this year OSCPA shared resources to support FSSA's updated logo and branding. Updated materials include branding guide, email signature, letterhead, PowerPoint templates and other tools. These resources, along with the updated forms and policies, are also available on The Hub.

Thank you for your partnership with these updated processes. Please reach out to your division’s OSCPA liaison with any questions.
