Double check your preferred email address in PeopleSoft
To help ensure FSSA staff have access to all informational tiles in PeopleSoft, staff should double check that their FSSA email address, also known as an Active Directory email, is checked as their preferred email under the Personal Details tile in the Employee Self Service section of PeopleSoft.
If the FSSA email is not listed as the preferred email certain PeopleSoft tiles features such as the Tax Withholding tile and scheduling access in UKG (Hospital staff only) may not be available. Also, information in a staff member’s FSSA travel profile may not be listed correctly.
To check or update your preferred email address, please follow the steps below:
- Log into PeopleSoft and select the Employee Self Service tile.
- Select the Personal Details tile.
- Select the Contact Details tile.
- Under the Email Address heading, select the row that contains “AD Email” as the type and a new pop-up window opens.
- If an AD Email is not listed under your profile, then a helpdesk ticket must be submitted to request one be created/added to your profile. Click here to Submit a Helpdesk Ticket
- In the pop-up window, check the Preferred box to make the AD Email address the preferred email address.
- Click the Save button in the upper right corner of the pop-up window to save the changes.
- Done.
