PathWays for Aging launching in July

FSSA is launching the new Indiana PathWays for Aging program in July of 2024. The program benefits Hoosiers age 60 and over who have Medicaid benefits, including Hoosiers who have both Medicaid and Medicare. With PathWays, older Hoosiers can pick a health plan that will help them get the services and support they need to live as independently as possible. Hoosiers in the program may qualify for support like transportation to their doctor’s office,  help in making meals, home-health visits, or going to an adult day center. There are many other services and support available. It all depends on what the individual is qualified to receive.
