JAG National Career Development Conference Concludes in Indianapolis, Showcasing the Future of Workforce Talent

The Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG) Conference (NCDC) concluded this weekend in Indianapolis, bringing together hundreds of outstanding student leaders from across the country to compete, collaborate, and prepare for their future careers.

Hosted in Indianapolis for the first time, the JAG NCDC featured competitions in employability skills, leadership development workshops, college and career expos, and opportunities for students to connect directly with industry and education partners. JAG Indiana proudly represented the Hoosier State with a strong delegation of 49 student leaders who demonstrated excellence, resilience, and a commitment to career success.

“This conference showcases the incredible talent and drive of the next generation of leaders,” said Beth Green, Interim Commissioner and General Counsel. “We are so proud of our JAG Indiana students for their hard work, professionalism, and the way they represent our state.”

Throughout the conference, JAG Indiana students excelled in several competitive events, earning top honors nationally.

    • 7th Place – Rylee Burner, Owen Valley High School

    • 7th Place – South Ripley High School

These wins are a huge testament to the hard work, leadership, and bright futures of our JAG students.
