The Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery is dedicated to Veterans and their families as a lasting memorial and final resting place, in appreciation and gratitude for their service and sacrifice to our nation.

Eligibility for Burial
Military Discharge:
Veterans separated under conditions other than Dishonorable are eligible for burial.
Indiana National Guard & Reservist:
Must have a discharge other than Dishonorable.
Death occurred while a member of the Indiana National Guard or Reserve Military Component
Active Duty Death:
Service members who die on active duty, in the line of duty.
Surviving Spouse:
The surviving spouse of an eligible veteran can be buriedat the IVMC.
The Child of a Veteran:
Child must be under age 21 or a permanent dependent of the veteran.
