INSafe and the Indiana Manufacturers Association currently are engaged in a Safety Training Partnership aimed at training the employees of the state of Indiana. Through the Indiana Manufacturers Association's established training program, employers are encouraged to apply for fully funded scholarships to 10 and 20 Hour training opportunities.

In 2007, INSafe and Risk Management Services (RMS) engaged in a training partnership. The partnership was formed to provide occupational safety and health training to employees in Indiana in an effort to reduce workplace injuries, illnesses and fatalities in the construction industry.
