Digital Learning Coach Grant
The 2023-2024 Digital Learning Coach Grant is open to any Indiana public school corporation or public charter school and offers schools the opportunity to support the professional development of individuals who spend at least half of their contracted time in a digital learning coaching role. Grant funds, up to $10,000 with no more than $5,000 allocated per coach, may be used to support coaches and their schools in designing plans to increase capacity in the areas of blended and virtual instruction, digital integration coaching cycles or models, and/or Universal Design for Learning (UDL).

- Grant Application Open: Friday, March 24
- Digital Learning Coach Grant Support Session: Wednesday, April 12, at noon ET
- Grant Application Deadline: Wednesday, April 26, at 5 p.m. ET
- Grant Recipients Notified: Friday, June 9
- Digital Learning Coach Grant Kickoff Meeting: Friday, June 16, at noon ET
- Grant Start Date: Monday, August 21
- Grant End Date: July 31, 2024
Summer of Learning Grant
The Summer of Learning conferences offer educators opportunities to connect with innovative, technology-enhanced pedagogy related to supporting underserved populations, science of reading, integrated STEM, designing virtual and blended learning experiences, community connection and support, and more. Digital Learning Grant
The Digital Learning Grant offers school corporations the opportunity to lead and support work that is focused on appropriate practices for blended and virtual learning in the areas of:
- Supporting teachers new to the field with blended and virtual learning implementation,
- Universal Design for Learning (UDL),
- Assistive technologies, and
- Digital literacy.
Focus should be given to student populations most impacted by COVID-19 learning disruptions. Awardees for the 2023 Digital Learning Grant will be announced in May.
Digital Learning Parent and Family Support Grant
The Indiana Department of Education’s (IDOE’s) Digital Learning Parent and Family Support Grant is available to any Indiana public school corporation or public charter school. The grant allows schools to design a plan to support parents with topics related to educational technology and blended/virtual learning environments. The grant funds are used to support one or more of the following strands:
- Parent Knowledge: Knowledge of educational technology and virtual learning
- Parent Involvement: Support with blended and virtual learning
- Professional Development (PD): PD for staff specific to parent engagement with digital learning
