Pursuant to I.C. § 33-27-2-8(b)(4), Holly S. Wojcik Rooth submits the following statement concerning her efforts and achievements towards the improvement of the administration of justice:

I have devoted my entire career to helping to bring justice to the people of Indiana by holding people accountable for their wrongdoing and attempting to make injured people whole in the only way allowable in the civil justice system. It has been equally important to my career to be involved in the mission of several bar associations and legal organizations to promote civility among attorneys and the public. I was honored to receive the 2025 American Board of Trial Advocates Excellence in Civility and Ethics Award for the Plaintiff’s Bar which is an honor bestowed by my peers. However, my greatest honor in bringing about improvement in the administration of justice was being the first woman ever elected in the State of Indiana to the Indiana Judicial Nominating Commission/Indiana Commission on Judicial Qualifications where I served as a Commissioner from 2021-2023. In addition, I am currently on the Indiana Attorney Disciplinary Commission serving a 5-year term. Holding Indiana’s attorneys and judges to the highest ethical standards is critical in the public’s perception of fairness in our justice system.  In addition, it is simply the right thing to do.
