Putnam County Community Correction’s mission is to provide an alternative to incarceration through training, services, and programs that equip our clients with the skills and knowledge to be law abiding, contributing citizens. Statutory Authority is under I.C. 35-38-2.6. Electronic bracelet monitoring is used in lieu of incarceration as a means to keep the individual working while also under strict supervision.
