Insurance Information
- With Private Insurance:
Most adult vaccines are available at no out-of-pocket cost for those with eligible private insurance. - Without Insurance or Underinsured:
You may qualify for Indiana’s publicly funded vaccine program if you meet certain risk criteria. A $12 administration fee applies per vaccine.
Call 812-948-4726 (Option 3) to check your eligibility. - No Insurance and Not Eligible for Public Programs:
Vaccines can also be purchased directly. Prices are subject to change, so please call for current rates.
