IN.gov Accessibility Policy
The State of Indiana is committed to universal access across all of its services and programs. The State pledges to develop and maintain access to Indiana Web pages and services so that they are accessible to persons with all abilities. Each visitor using this website has the right to obtain information and services independently and conveniently.
In alignment with this commitment, Indiana Code 4-13.1-3 requires all state information technology equipment, software, and systems used by the public or state employees to comply with accessibility standards outlined in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.
Indiana continues to make progress toward this commitment. The State monitors pages on its site and makes necessary modifications to remove accessibility barriers.
