About the Report
The Indiana Criminal Justice Institute’s 2025 Status of the Criminal Justice System Report reflects the continued evolution of Indiana’s justice system. The 2025 report highlights meaningful progress in key areas, while also identifying opportunities for innovation that will help shape the future of justice in our state. This is ICJI’s and the Justice Reinvestment Advisory Council’s annual Criminal Code Reform Evaluation Report, pursuant to IC 5-2-6-24.
