History of Jasonville
Jasonville was founded in 1858. It was named for one of its founders, Jason Rogers. Jasonville is just minutes away from Shakamak State Park, Redbird State Recreation Area and Hillenbrand Fish and Wildlife Area.
Special Announcements
The Shakamak High School Construction Class has built beautiful benches for the City of Jasonville. They have been placed on Main Street and look fantastic! The City of Jasonville is sending a big shout-out to the construction class for a job well done, and a special thank you to Shakamak High School for partnering with the city on this beautification project.
