SEA 388 – Foreign Gift Reporting
SEA 388-2022 requires Indiana postsecondary educational institutions to submit a disclosure report to the Indiana Commissioner for Higher Education of gifts from foreign sources that meet the reporting threshold established by federal law regarding disclosures of foreign gifts.
