Libraries are welcome to request these print materials from CMS, however, it is important to note that quantities are limited and stock is constantly changing. You will need to create an account to be able to view and order materials. Once you have an account, search on the keyword "marketplace" to see the available publications.

Official publications and forms are available now! Official applications and customizable flyers are now available on CMS Publications website.

Libraries should feel free to contact these individuals to schedule appointments for the navigator to work with their library patrons. This is a comprehensive list, including federal navigators operating in Indiana, as well. Soon, the Dept. of Insurance will provide a clickable map which will display the same information.
