Race: Caucasian

Case Date: 06/21/1990

County: Pulaski

Location of Offense: Quarter mile west of U.S. 421 on West Street, Medaryville, IN

Circumstances: Darryl Messer was at his residence in Medaryville.  He exited the residence to go to the garden and retrieve vegetables.  When he did not return to the residence he was discovered outside lying in the yard.  It was determined that he had been shot.  Darryl later died as a result of being shot.
