Circumstances: While riding as a passenger on the back of a motorcycle, Lisa Reimer, 20 years of age, was shot. This shooting occurred on the eastbound ramp leading onto I-465 from US 31 on the south side of Indianapolis in Marion County. Reimer, an Indianapolis resident, died as a result of the gunshot to the back of her head.
