Location of Offense: Last seen at the Windmill Restaurant in Evansville, IN

Circumstances: Debra Ann Wilhite was last seen on October 16, 1974, after leaving her job at the Old Windmill Restaurant at Highway 41 and 57 in Gibson County, Indiana.  She was seen leaving in her vehicle, a green 1966 Ford Galaxy, two door hard top with Indiana vehicle registration 26B2953.  Her vehicle has not been located.  Wilhite was last seen speaking with a gentleman who was requesting a ride from the restaurant.
