Online Permit Application Database
The Online Database provides applicants and agents with the most up to date status information for all permit applications.
To search for a permit application file, select the “Regulatory” tab on the left-hand side of the screen. Once opened, select “Application Tracking System.” At the top of the screen, enter the “Sequence” number, which is the application number. For example, the sequence number for application file FW-12345 would be 12345. Then, select the correct entry from the search results to open the file. You can use the “Menu” dropdown button on the right hand side of the screen to view the permit application information. Documents are uploaded under “Attachments” and the staff member assigned to the file is listed as the Point of Contact under “Status”.
