To request assistance from the Township, the applicant MUST file with SIEOC first, obtain a resource letter from them, THEN you may file the Township's application found below.
Please call/text/email the trustee PRIOR to filling out the application as the Trustee may require additional documentation from you.
*Filing an application is not a guarantee of assistance, but only a step in the process. Currently requests are processed and decisions made within a 3-4 day timeframe.
You may also request that SIEOC email their resource sheet for you to the Trustee's attention.
