Utility Customer Application
Form must be presented in person at the utility office and the bottom of the form signed after the billing process has been explained. Photo I.D. required. Utility Deposits must be paid before utilities will be turned on.

Utility Deposit Amounts:
A satisfactory utility credit history must be provided in order to pay the lower deposits. It must show a twelve-month history within the past two years to qualify. The history can show no disconnection for non-payment and/or no more than three late payments, and no NSF checks. If no satisfactory payment history received then the additional deposits will be required.

With satisfactory history:

  • Total Electric Service: $90.00
    • Electric: $75.00
    • Water: $15.00
  • Electric-Gas-Water Service: $65.00
    • Electric: $20.00
    • Gas: $30.00
    • Water: $15.00

Without a satisfactory history:

  • Total Electric: $290.00
    • Electric: $175.00
    • Water: $115.00
  • Electric-Gas-Water Service: $365.00
    • Electric: $120.00
    • Gas: $130.00
    • Water: $115.00

At this time no deposit amount is required for sewer but all accounts are billed for sewer.
