AppeThai started in September 2022 with a simple idea to bring delicious authentic Thai street food to Indiana. They cook in a licensed commercial kitchen and serve the community at local farmers' markets. They began with Thai sausages, and over time added more Thai dishes so everyone can find something they enjoy.
