If you represent an insurance company approved to sell individual Medicare Supplemental Insurance in the state of Indiana, you will be able to complete your Medigap Survey online and update premium information when necessary.
To use this service, you must:
- Subscribe to accessIndiana. For more information about subscriptions to accessIndiana, please visit http://www.subscribe.in.gov/.
- Obtain an identification number from the SHIIP State Coordinator's office at 317-232-5299, 1-800-452-4800 or via email at cstclair@doi.state.in.us.
By completing and/or updating Indiana's Medigap Survey, your responses will be made available to online users comparing Medicare Supplement Plan offerings. This public service is anticipated to be made available on the SHIIP Web site at http://www.in.gov/idoi/2508.htm by fall of 2005.
