Employer-Led Volunteer programs are initiatives used by companies to encourage and support their employees in volunteering their time, skills, and resources to benefit non-profit organizations and their communities.

Benefits of Employer-Led Volunteerism

According to a study completed by Galaxy Digital in 2021 and a report completed by Points of Light in 2022, the following are benefits of employee volunteering in corporate settings.

  2. Attracts talent especially of the Millennial and Gen Z generations.

  6. Consumers show preference for brands with similar values as them. 87% of consumers will buy based on values of a company.
