Christine Stinson has a Bachelor of Science from Ball State University and is a Fellowship graduate from the MidAmerican Regional Public Health Leadership Institute, of UIC. Christine is a past President of the Indiana Environmental Health Association and the Indiana Vector Control Association. Christine has worked at both the state and local level and has devoted her entire career to her passion for public health.
Wayne County Health Officer: Dr. David Jetmore

Dr. Jetmore was raised on a farm in northern Indiana. He graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelors degree and then attended medical school there. Afterwards, he completed a surgery internship at Dartmouth and then returned to Indiana and finished a residency in head and neck surgery in 1977. He was appointed Wayne County Health Officer in January of 2020. He continues to work part-time as an Otolaryngologist for Reid Health. He lives on a farm near Richmond with his wife Cheri and three spoiled poodles.

Becca has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Ball State University and a Master of Arts in Health and Wellness Coaching from Maryland University of Integrative Health. She has practiced as a Registered Dietitian for several years and has recently become a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach through the National Board of Medical Examiners. She has a great passion for public health and preserving health through disease prevention. Some of her previous specialty areas have included sports nutrition, intensive care nutrition, lactation consulting, CPR instruction, and weight loss motivation and coaching.

David Wulff was born and raised in the area and has always practiced in the area. He first graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a Bachelors in Chemistry. He then went to Physician Assistant School at The George Washington University in Washington DC and graduated with Masters in Health Sciences. He then came back to the area and has maintained his practicing in Rush, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne counties since he began practicing medicine in 1997. His first position was at the Wayne County Health Department and in May of 2021 he once again returned to the Wayne County Health Department and specializes in Infectious Disease and Communicable Disease prevention. The practice will eventually expand to other community needs.

Crystal Black has an Associates Degree in Nursing from Ivy Tech Community College. Crystal has worked as a nurse for the last 5 years. Crystal has a passion for public health. She will be the Public Health Nurse charged with Hepatitis C investigations and Immunizations. She lives in Wayne County with her husband, daughter and 4 dogs.

Dalton has been with the Wayne County Health Department since 2021. He worked as a COVID-19 tester until taking the Medical Assistant position in 2023, where he now helps with check-in, vaccinations, and case investigations. He is passionate about public health and helping the community.

Levi Gray has been with the Wayne County Health Department since 2021. Levi is a medical assistant and the medical clerk. He assists with check-in, billing, and clinic coordination. He lives in Wayne County with his girlfriend and poodle named Mocha.

Dan has dedicated 24 years of service to the Wayne County Government, with the past 9 years specifically contributing to the Health Department. In his current role, he shoulders the responsibility of supervising the Environmental division, where he plays a pivotal role in overseeing Emergency Preparedness and the various environmental programs offered by the department. With nearly a quarter-century of experience, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his position, ensuring the effective management and implementation of environmental initiatives within the county.

Angela McDaniel has been with Wayne County Government since 1994, and the health department since 2015. Angela graduated from Ivy Tech in 2015 with a degree in Health Science. She manages our social media and is a member of the Food Team conducting routine inspections of retail food establishments.
Jason Howard

Jason Howard has been with the health department since 2005. Jason attended Ivy Tech, Indiana University East, and Eastern Kentucky University. He conducts routine inspections of food service establishments, collecting food samples for analysis, completing inspection reports on construction, cleanliness, and sanitation. Jason also investigates suspected food poisoning cases. He is our Certified Pool Operator and inspects all public swimming pools in Wayne County.

Craig Markley is a graduate of Indiana University and has been with the health department since 1989. He specializes in retail food establishment inspections, conducts all plan reviews, and opening inspections. Craig is the department’s lead in vector (mosquito) control and private wells.

Luke Reimsnyder has been with the health department since 2021. Luke received his Bachelor of Science from Indiana University. He is one of our housing inspectors, investigates animal bites, lead risk assessments, and emergency preparedness.

Timothy Croucher was a previous health inspector in a nearby county. He graduated from Miami University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Public Health and a minor in business. His roles with the health department will be in housing, body art and eyelashes, and water and well testing and education.

Richard Dornberger has been with the Wayne County Health Department since October, 2021. Richard comes to the department with 21 years experience in Education and Leadership Development. He has advanced degrees in Counseling and organizational leadership and provides HIV /HCV and STI education, PrEP educations and referral along with testing and counseling.

Angela Dawson is a Vital Records Professional Specialist certified by the Indiana State Department of Health. She has been with the Wayne County Health Department since 2016. She specializes in birth records including paternities, adoptions, and homebirths as well as various court orders.
