Beth serves as the Deputy Director of Clinical Service, administering the clinic operations, for the Wayne County Health Department. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana University and a master’s degree from Ball State University, along with several certifications. Beth is a native of Wayne County and loves to support the community. She serves as a Community Blood Drive Coordinator and as Secretary for the Western Wayne Dollars for Scholars Board of Directors. Beth lives in Cambridge City with her husband and children.

Michelle is the Public Health Nurse for the Wayne County Health Department. She brings 18 years of nursing experience to the role, having graduated from Ivy Tech Community College and completed coursework in Organizational Leadership and Supervision at Purdue University. A long-time Wayne County resident, Michelle lives in Richmond and enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, and traveling.

Dalton has been with the Wayne County Health Department since 2021. He worked as a COVID-19 tester until taking the Medical Assistant position in 2023, where he now helps with check-in, vaccinations, and case investigations. He is passionate about public health and helping the community.

Levi Gray has been with the Wayne County Health Department since 2021. Levi is a medical assistant and the medical clerk. He assists with check-in, billing, and clinic coordination. He lives in Wayne County with his girlfriend and poodle named Mocha.

Cynthia serves as the East Central FIMR Coordinator at the Wayne County Health Department, focusing on maternal and infant health. With a B.S. in Sociology and as a Certified Community Health Worker, she brings a dedicated, passionate focus to understanding and advocating for improved maternal and infant health care and outcomes.
Outside of work Cynthia resides locally on a small hobby farm with her husband, and their five children. She also volunteers as an infant memorial photographer with Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep, helping families create cherished memories during challenging times.

Chad is the Deputy Director of Environmental Health for the Wayne County Health Department. He has over 15 years of experience with Wayne County Government and is a retired Patrolman from the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department. Chad lives in Richmond with his wife and five children and coaches girls' basketball at a local high school.

Angela McDaniel has been with Wayne County Government since 1994, and the health department since 2015. Angela graduated from Ivy Tech in 2015 with a degree in Health Science. She manages our social media and is a member of the Food Team conducting routine inspections of retail food establishments.
Jason Howard

Jason Howard has been with the health department since 2005. Jason attended Ivy Tech, Indiana University East, and Eastern Kentucky University. He conducts routine inspections of food service establishments, collecting food samples for analysis, completing inspection reports on construction, cleanliness, and sanitation. Jason also investigates suspected food poisoning cases. He is our Certified Pool Operator and inspects all public swimming pools in Wayne County.

Craig Markley is a graduate of Indiana University and has been with the health department since 1989. He specializes in retail food establishment inspections, conducts all plan reviews, and opening inspections. Craig is the department’s lead in vector (mosquito) control and private wells.

Luke Reimsnyder has been with the health department since 2021. Luke received his Bachelor of Science from Indiana University. He is one of our housing inspectors, investigates animal bites, lead risk assessments, and emergency preparedness.

Timothy Croucher was a previous health inspector in a nearby county. He graduated from Miami University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Public Health and a minor in business. His roles with the health department will be in housing, Septic, body art and eyelashes, and water and well testing and education.
