Vaccination Information

Indiana State Department of Health has changed the immunization requirements for all students in grades 6-12.

Vermillion County Health Department Immunization Clinic Schedule: Every Monday, Wednesday 8:00-4:00pm, Thursday 12-6:30 pm. Second Saturday of each month 9:00 am-12:00 pm.

Immunizations are free of charge for those who qualify.  We are now taking insurance.

Children must be brought by a parent or guardian or have a signed permission letter and have previous shot records to be immunized.
