Indiana State Department of Health has changed the immunization requirements for all students in grades 6-12.
Vermillion County Health Department Immunization are by appointment.
Our normal office hours are 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday and closed from 12pm to 1pm for lunch.
Immunizations are free of charge for those who qualify. We are now taking insurance.
Children must be brought by a parent or guardian or have a signed permission letter and have previous shot records to be immunized.
